Body Beast Build Chest & Tris is probably one of the more intense workouts in the Beast’s repertoire of workouts and appropriately sets the standard and pace for future Body Beast workouts! And dont forget though. This is BASICALLY how Sagi opens up the workout, lol

Body Beast Build Chest & Tris
Length: 49 minutes
Equipment Needed: Weight Bench or Stability Ball (optional), Dumbbells, EZ-Curl Bar and Plates (optional)
I feel the need to explain the Body Beast equipment that I personally use and why some things are optional. I dont have a weight bench and I dont like sitting on the stability ball for fear of it popping, lol. So I use our living room ottoman. I also dont have an EZ-Curl bar, but you can use dumbbells as well for those moves.
The Warmup
This is 2:45 minutes warmup is quick but it gets the blood pumpin. You do a little fairy jog, then some arm circles, then a serious of different width pushups, and back to your fairy jog.
The Workout
Single Set > Dumbbell Chest Press
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 3: increase weight: 8 reps
Drop Set: decrease weight: 8 reps
Super Set > Incline Dumbbell Fly/Incline Dumbbell Press
Set 1: Chest flys: 15 reps
Set 1: Incline dumbbell press: 15 reps
Set 2: Chest flys: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 2: Incline dumbbell press: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 3: Chest flys: increase weight: 8 reps
Set 3: Incline dumbbell press: increase weight: 8 reps
Drop Set: Incline dumbbell press: decrease weight: 8 reps
Giant Set > Close Grip Press/Partial Chest Fly/Decline Push-Up
Set 1: Close grip press: 15 reps
Set 1: Partial Chest Fly: 15 reps
Set 1: Decline push-up: 15 reps
Set 2: Close grip press: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 2: Partial fly: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 2: Decline push-up: 12 reps
Set 3: Close grip press: increase weight: 8 reps
Set 3: Partial Chest Fly: increase weight: 8 reps
Set 3: Decline push-ups: 8 reps
Single Set > Tricep Extension
Set 1: 15 reps
Set 2: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 3: increase weight: 8 reps
Drop Set: decrease weight: 8 reps
Super Set > Single Arm Kickback/Tricep Push-Up
Set 1: Single Arm Kickbacks: 15 reps
Set 1: Tricep push-ups: 15 reps
Set 2: Single Arm Kickbacks: increase weight: 12 reps
Set 2: Tricep push-ups: 12 reps
Set 3: Single Arm Kickbacks: increase weight: 8 reps
Drop Set: Single Arm Kickbacks: decrease weight: 8 reps
Round 3: Tricep push-ups: 8 reps
Super Set > Dips on Bench/In and Outs
Set 1: Dips on bench: 60 seconds
Set 1: In and outs: 60 seconds
The Cool Down
You have a whopping 48 seconds to cool down from blasting two huge muscle groups. Again, I am not sure that this is an adequate amount of time to stretch out the muscles. Spend a bit more time than allotted.
This workout is gunna make you rethink all other chest workout. You should have absolutely nothing left after you finish.
